Paulette Nnorom is a Toronto-based lawyer, career strategist, and founder of Creative Choices for the 21st Century Lawyer Inc. For more than a decade, she has helped lawyers build careers that feel purposeful, aligned, and sustainable.

A former litigator, Paulette draws on lived experience and practical strategy to guide lawyers through transitions, leadership development, performance reviews, and values-driven practice design. Her clients range from articling students to senior counsel and partners, across law firms, legal departments, and individual practices in Canada and beyond.
