Moving purpose governance into practice
Together, the five organizations are helping move purpose governance from an emerging concept toward an established part of Canadian governance practice. Their work connects purpose to strategy, risk, culture, ethics and decision-making, the areas where in-house lawyers advise boards and senior leaders every day.
