Regular members

In-house counsel who are regular members of the CBA In-House Lawyers , employed by, or providing legal services to, any business enterprise, association, institution, not-for-profit organization, Crown corporation, municipal corporation, government, regulatory body or agency. Only regular members may vote at member meetings and elect the Board of Directors.

If you are a CBA member and you qualify for Regular CBA In-House Lawyers membership, we will automatically enroll you in the CBA In-House Lawyers.

Associate members

Lawyers who are regular, associate or affiliate members of the CBA, but who are not otherwise included in the definition of regular CBA In-House Lawyers members. Through their expertise and support, associate members play a welcome and necessary role in the CBA In-House Lawyers and can join through the CBA branch office in their jurisdiction.
