Nominations: CBA-In-House Lawyers Board of Directors

CBA In-House Lawyers is seeking nominations for the following positions. Only Regular Members in good standing are eligible to apply.

Vice-President: One position available for a one-year term starting September 1, 2026, automatically succeeding as President in 2027 and Past President in 2028 (three-year commitment)
Member-at-Large: Three positions available, each for a two-year term from September 1, 2026, to August 31, 2028

CBA In-House Lawyers believes strongly in the importance of good governance. Diversity is foundational to good governance. As a member of the Board of Directors, you will help define the direction and priorities of the Association. We are seeking engaged members who bring a range of perspectives to the table. Diversity, equity and inclusion strengthen our work and our impact. Familiarity and experience with other CBA activities are helpful, but not required.
